Modular Building Starts Back Up - MH Marketing Sales Management

NorthernColoradoBusinessReport says Edmonton, Alberta, Canada-based PTI Group Inc. bought the 100,000 square foot plant previously occupied by Barvista Homes modular home manufacturer in Johnstown, Colorado, to produce modular offices and housing for use by the burgeoning oil and gas industry in northern Colorado. Billing itself as one of the largest hoteliers in North America with 22,000 rooms, PTI has not sold any units yet, but as hotel occupancy and home rents increase, the opportunity will become more evident. An employer of 3,000 people across the globe, PTI anticipates hiring 250 workers at its new plant between Denver and Fort Collins, mostly plumbers, electricians, and carpenters, MHProNews.com has learned.
