Tiny MacBook Pro created from iPad case for 2012

We?ve always had a problem using the iPad with word documents and this is thanks to the lack of real world keyboard and mouse, although the on-screen option is impressive it lacks the speed found on our Apple MacBook Pro. This didn?t change when we opted for a new iPad 3, and with a new 2012 MacBook Pro about to launch we find ourselves tempted to upgrade our older MacBook.

The iPad is pretty powerful and handles most general tasks well, so solving the typing issues some of us have without a keyboard could open the device up to a bigger market. There are plenty of 3rd party gadgets to help users use a real keyboard, and one of the best we found is perfect for those that love using a MacBook Pro.

Meet the NoteBookCase for iPad 2 ? this is a full size keyboard that makes your iPad look like a tiny MacBook Pro, and while it?s never going to have the full blown power of a new MacBook pro, it is a perfect option to create a mini version via a case and iPad. The accessory features a mini USB port, normal USB port, and gives a full size keyboard via a Bluetooth connection. You can buy via Japan for around $75, so check out the photos below and see more via this blog.

Would you like to convert your iPad into a mini MacBook Pro, or are you planning on buying the official new MacBook Pro in 2012? Look out for a release date at WWDC 2012, and feel free to read our earlier article, which touches on other alternatives like the new ZenBook Prime. We cannot confirm if the device works for iPad 3, although we?ll update you if we find out.
