Reforma
Templo Mayor: Enrique Pe?a Nieto took the first step to initiate a national dialogue that would help steer the country away from a political crisis like that of 2006 by introducing three new reforms. These reforms would create an Anti-Corruption Commission, expand the IFAI?s power so that there would be transparency in states, municipalities, the Legislature and in the Judiciary and last, create an citizen led entity that would supervise the hiring if media outlets; Today, Attorney General Marisela Morales must respond to the circuit courts whether or not she has proof that the accusations she made against General Tom?s ?ngeles are in fact true.

Nuevo Excelsior
Jorge Fern?ndez Men?ndez, ?Escenarios: de la invalidez a la transici?n:? While AMLO presented his proof yesterday so as to invalidate the presidential election, Pe?a Nietos transition team began working publicly.? Fern?ndez Men?ndez asks if it is actually possible to invalidate these elections, and says that judging by L?pez Obrador?s proofs so far it is impossible.? He says that the problem with this situation is that it may succeed in paralyzing politics in Mexico and polarizing if further, and will lead to issues when the parties negotiate the incoming legislature.? It could particularly affect the PAN, who needs to negotiate agreements with other parties if they want to stay relevant.? They were able to beat the PRI in 2000 through years of negotiation with the PRI and through gubernatorial and legislative victories, not through a policy of confrontation.
